What is Sublimation?

Sublimation is the most advanced digital printing production process which the full design of the fight wear is directly dyed into the fabric. Everything from the colors, the patterns, club logos, slogans, spornsor logos and combat athlete names become part of the fabric. 

Sublimation fight wear start with the digital artwork designs - created in design softwear. Next the design is digital printed on the papers - in the real size - using large format printers. The printed design is then heat pressed on to the fabric at high temperature and pressure. The heat and pressure convert the ink on the papers into gas then bonds with the fabric. Then we laser cut each separate panels Finally the fabric panels are contructed together into the complete jersey. 

Sublimation Fightwear Offer More Value Than Screen-printed Fight Wear

When a rash guard is “sublimated”, the design, logos, slogans and athlete names do not wash off, fade away or crack because they are directly infused into the fabric. Sublimation rash guards are different from screen-printed or embroidered ones. On those rashguards the school logos and athlete names rest on the surface of the fabric. Over time the logos may wear or peel off. Over the course of multiple seasons, the added durability of sublimation rashgaurds can provide significant cost savings.

Generally with sublimation rashguards or bjj shorts the number of logos, designs and numbers has little impact on the printing cost. Put another way, the more artwork you have on the jerseys, the more money you save versus a screen-printed jersey. Sublimation Fight wear Are Nicer To Roll In

On a screen-printed or embroidered bjj mma rash guards there is always an added cost for every additional print on the rashguards. For example, if you would like to add an athlete name or a sponsor logo, the cost goes up.

Sublimation rash guards are more comfortable and last longer than conventional jerseys. The fabric remains nice and smooth because the printing has been within the fabric.
