TEMPLATES & GRADING

As well as a library of standard fits that are created by us and updated periodically to follow trends, we can develop your own unique fits, cut and styles. The custom size charts we offer can automatically grade the full range measurements from a chosen size. Our experienced template designer will then create the plotter paper based on the final measurements.

DESIGN SERVICE & 3D MOCKUP

Our design team can create flat designs or factory standard tech packs. We will work closely with you to turn your ideas into the real designs. We can help develop the advanced 3d model exactly with your template then work out the authentic 3d renderings with your designs, you may not have to do sampling or model photography in this way which will definitely save lots of money and time for you.

SAMPLING & PRODUCTION

Sample is a crucial step of the process for you to test the fabric, the fit, the branding application and the functionality of your custom apparel first. It would be best for you to confirm each detail before proceeding the bulk orders. After samples approved and any changes or tweaks discussed, we create an order form as a final confirmation so that we can proceed your bulk orders. Our strict production team will take good care of each garment then.

QUALITY CONTROL & DELIVER
